Before Canibus appeared on the scene with his legendary freestyles, he was apart of a duo called T.H.E.M (The Heralds of Extreme Metaphors). In 1996 after a performance in Atlanta, the group bumped into Wu Tang Clan and proceeded to battle (Not in a freestyle friday way, but more of an exchange of lyrics) First they battled Rza and Raekwon. Then the Rza summoned U-God and Sunz of Man. After those bouts affiliated member Killah Priest stepped up a spit rhymes for 6 minutes straight. Everyone left with respect and parted ways. Since then Canibus and Killah Priest have joined Ras Kass and Kurupt to form HRSMN.

When Jack Kirby designed the Silver Surfer, He looked towards the bible as inspiration. The Villain Galactus represents the spiritual cosmic force that we all feel (in other words God). The Silver Surfer represented the fallen angel that betrays the natural force for his own selfish love of humanity. For his actions he is rejected and forced to stay on earth (Similiar to the story of Lucifer the fallen angel). The Color silver also represents the string that connects the human body to the soul.

The majority of the names we use to refer to each day honors a different Norse god. Sunday:Sun, Monday:Moon, Tuesday:Tyr (God of War), Wednesday:Odin (The All Father), Thursday: Thor (God of Thunder), and Friday:Frigg (God of Love, Wisdom, and Marriage). Saturday was the day of washing/bathing, but in our case it’s named after Saturnus the Roman God of Harvest. You can see most of these Gods featured in the New Thor movie.
